San Antonio begins with a rigorous screening and application process. We select only the most proficient and motivated candidates to join our team, from nurses’ aides to therapists. Once on board, our staff is continuously trained in current treatment modalities to keep them up-to- date. They also receive extensive sensitivity training, which is reflected in their interactions with residents, and ultimately results in improved resident outcomes.
